- Counsel hospitals regarding CMS Termination Letters and draft successful Plans of Correction
- Draft and review corporate documents and bilateral and multi-party contracts, including management, insurance and technology contracts, for a wide variety of health care providers
- Represent home health agencies in negotiating asset purchase agreements for the sale of a home health license
- Negotiate and draft extensive documentation related to a joint venture agreement between home health providers and major hospital systems and counsel clients through closing processes
- Counsel physician groups on regulatory issues, including compliance with the Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statue, and contract negotiations, including employment, recruitment, and professional service agreements
- Litigation, arbitration and other dispute resolution
